After saying farewell to Misawa, we stopped in Hawaii on our way to Vegas. We had an amazing 10 days. Annie did well with all the travelling and was the star at every restaurant. We stayed on Waikiki for the first five days followed by five days in Kailua, on the eastern side of the island. The following posts are in no particular order! Our friends Joe, Dani and Sylvia were in Hawaii too. Annie thought that Sylvia was such a big girl! They had fun playing on the beach, and Sylvia inspired Annie to start crawling (just to keep up with her walking friend). We last saw the Bassetts in Thailand when Sylvia was three months old. Her is Sylvia a little skeptical about being buried in the sand!
